Pad Thai

Well, I tried to make Pad Thai last night.

New York Times recipe... it should have been good

It didn't work out, so I'm going to try again tonight. And when I say it didn't work out, I mean it was an epic disaster. As in, tried eating it, but was so bad I had to throw it all away.

I really, really tried, too. I used all of the ingredients, etc. etc., but there was simply too much overpowering sauce to be contained by the dish. Tonight, same technique, different recipe for the sauce, hopefully better results.
